To help ensure Candidates, both temporary and permanent, are as effective and productive as possible from the moment they start work, we will brief them thoroughly prior to starting work.
The briefing will include general policies of your company, the functions of the department in which they will work, and anything relevant to their specific role. On an ongoing basis, a Consultant from Castle View Personnel will remain in contact with both candidate and client to overcome any issues arising during the assignment.
