Clients Process - Registration

All applicants registering with Castle View Personnel are subject to a thorough and detailed vetting process via our Candidate Management System which identifies their skills, qualifications, work history and referees.

Telephone Interview
All potential candidates are telephone interviewed by a specialist Office Support or Accountancy Consultant. This process lasts approximately 15-20 minutes and only when we are completely satisfied that the candidate has relevant skills and experience will they be invited to attend an office based interview.

Interview
All applicants at Castle View Personnel are interviewed thoroughly face-to-face. The details provided on the Candidate Management System form the basis of the interview, during which the trained Consultant draws up a complete profile of the applicant and investigates his/her competencies and career objectives in greater detail.

Documentation
Castle View Personnel check and retain copies of relevant documentation including Photographic Identification and National Insurance Number. All professional qualifications are verified with the relevant governing body. Where candidates hold Disclosure Scotland Clearance, copies of documents are retained.
