16.04.05 - Castle View Personnel Sponsor Granite City Rally Competitor
The Aberdeen-based event was round three of the eight round County Saab Scottish Rally Championship. More than 90 of the countries top rally crews assembled in Aberdeen's Castlegate on the morning of Saturday 16th March 2005 in heavy rain and strong winds.
For the second time this season, Castle View Personnel were delighted to sponsor local Dingwall businessman Terry Nicholson in his debut rally season. Terry is pictured below driving his Sierra Cosworth 4x4 on stage 2 of the rally.
A very credible performance saw Terry progress through the field to finish 52nd out of 96 competitors. Terry commented after the race: 'We thoroughly enjoyed the day and were extremely happy with our overall performance as a team. Once again I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Castle View Personnel for their generous sponsorship contributions'.
